During traveling to New England, I was impressed with the colors of the Twilight I observed from 

one of the Seaside, I was wondering how to create this wonderful atmosphere..I am not a plein air 

artist although I use their idea from time to time, but I am basically studio artist. 

My conclusion is to bring up maximum color effect but give up on details-that way I can accomplish

full impression of the moment, another words, I should use the contemporary concept in order 

to create what I want to create-the maximum effectiveness....
